By accessing or using MediBridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MediBridge provides a platform for uploading, translating, and managing medical documents. Our AI-assisted translation is provided as a convenience and should not replace professional medical interpretation.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must ensure that documents you upload are your own or that you have permission to upload them.
4. Medical Disclaimer
MediBridge is not a medical provider. Translations and file management features are tools to assist you and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. Limitation of Liability
MediBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any errors in document translation.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.
7. Subscriptions
MediBridge Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or annually. Every new account includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and you can view, change or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
